How do I make a PDF on my phone?

iPhone: open the receipt or screenshot, tap Share, then Print. Pinch out on the preview, tap Share again, and choose Save to Files.

Android: open it, tap Share, then Print, and pick Save as PDF.

Paper receipt: scan it with the Notes app (iPhone) or Google Drive (Android); both save a PDF.

Over 4 MB? Large scans need compressing first: rescan in black and white, or run the PDF through a free "compress PDF" tool, or split a long receipt into separate pages.
